In a Bounty tournament, a percentage of the prize pool will be taken to put a bounty on the heads of players. The overall prize payout structure remains the same, but the extra value is found as you knock out other players and receive a cash prize for every elimination.

Regardless of your tournament placing, you can still make a profit on bounties. For example, in a $2 buy-in tournament, $1 will contribute to the prize pool, and $1 will be paid to the bounty field. Every player has a $1 price on their head, so simply eliminate two players and you have already made your buy-in back, with only profit to come!

Bounty tournaments will be available with many different prize structures. The bounty prize pool can be customized, anywhere from 10% of the buy-in to a full 100%! Celebrities, professional poker players or our very own poker manager - all might be assigned a cash bounty prior to the start of a Bounty Tournament. These players will be under heavy pursuit but they will be up for the challenge, as they get their own bounty if they win the tournament.

A Bounty Tournament functions exactly the same way as money-added tournaments , where the money is added directly on to a specific player’s head. This is an exciting way for players to earn extra cash in tournaments. All players who enter the bounty tournament pay the same fee. In the Spin32 poker room all players with bounties on their heads will be listed in bold orange text in the tournament lobby.

Choose Your Bounty Tournament

In the main lobby, click on the tournament tab. Bounty Tournaments can be easily identified by the unique green $ icon displayed on the type column. Bounty Tournaments always have added value and help you build a good bank roll here at Spin32Poker, so keep an eye out for these tournaments in the lobby and enjoy!

Start Playing

These tournaments play exactly the same as other tournaments, but make sure you are looking out for those players with a price on their head so you get the reward for knocking out the bounty player.You will see a bounty icon next to the players name when you meet them at the table.

Eliminating A Bounty Player

The tournament will continue as normal until one player is left. If you have eliminated a bounty player, the bounty will be credited to your account after the tournament is finished. The winnings will then be paid as normal.

Rules Specific to Bounty Tournaments

A player can win multiple bounties and they will be credited the payments into their account once the tournament has finished.

Bounties are never split. If two or more players who split the pot eliminate a bounty player, the bounty is awarded to the player with the largest stack. If the stacks are equal, the winning player is the player who is sitting closest to the button.

If a bounty player wins the tournament - the player keeps their own bounty.
